At the age of 22, Kayla became the executive chef at the Chef's Table and later took the helm at the Delaire Graff Restaurant in Cape Town, making waves in Michelin kitchens. Kayla's culinary dedication to seasonal, fresh cooking, and emphasis on-site cultivated free-range organic produce mirrors her philosophy that goes beyond the kitchen.

His culinary skills was honed at the Chefs Table, where he refined his skills to perfection. With a remarkable tenure running acclaimed restaurants in Cape Town, Cairn has garnered great recognition. Renowned for his ability to infuse dishes with a remarkable depth of flavour, he stands out in the culinary world.
